Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and raa88 ("Platform"), concerning the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by raa88. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Platform and the User in all aspects of service use.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any raa88 service, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document. If the User does not agree with any part of these terms, the User is required to stop using the Platform immediately.

User Eligibility

To register and use raa88 services, the User must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Not have had an account previously closed or suspended on any raa88 platform
• Register voluntarily and not on behalf of a third party
• Act in a personal capacity only and not as an agent or representative of any organisation

Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the raa88 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, or banking details, is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and balances frozen.

During registration, Users are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. Any changes to personal information must be updated through account settings or by contacting the customer support team.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in their account. raa88 is not liable for losses arising from a User's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

raa88 supports a variety of payment methods for User convenience. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

raa88 reserves the right to conduct a compliance check before processing any withdrawal. This check is carried out as a measure to protect Users and the security of the platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same User's name.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

raa88 offers various bonus and promotion programmes for eligible Users. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The raa88 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

• The bonus is only eligible for the first cash deposit made after registration
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account closed
• raa88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or combined with another account
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period or the bonus will expire automatically

General Game Rules

All games available on the raa88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and live betting — are subject to the specific rules of each game, which can be accessed through the relevant game interface.

raa88 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure game outcomes are fair and unbiased. Live casino games are operated by real dealers via secure live video broadcast.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that game outcomes are entirely random. raa88 does not guarantee winnings to any User.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to use the raa88 platform responsibly and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited on the raa88 platform:

• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Committing fraud, document forgery, or using a false identity
• Using funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering)
• Opening an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation

Any breach of these provisions will result in the actions set out in Section 8 below, including the possibility of legal action.

Account Closure and Suspension

raa88 reserves the right to close or suspend any User account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to verify identity when requested
• Voluntary account closure request by the User
• Compliance with instructions from a regulatory body or authority

Platform Liability Limits

raa88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical disruptions or failures beyond the platform's control
• User negligence in safeguarding login credentials

• Financial losses from gambling — Users bet at their own risk
• Uncertainty or changes in gambling laws in the User's country

The raa88 platform does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for any tax or legal implications related to winnings obtained.
